DELIVERY

We aim to send all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your order unless otherwise stated.

Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

We use Royal Mail Second Class service and so delivery times and other conditions are subject to their policies. See www.royalmail.com for more info.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible or complete the form on our contact page. If orders have not yet shipped, we will refund the value of your order. If items have already shipped, then we are unable to cancel your order, but you may return it to us as detailed below.

Your security when using our site is extremely important to us. We take all appropriate measures to protect any personal information you provide us on this website. Full details of our privacy policy can be found here. Payments online will be requested through PayPal and Stripe for debit card or credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return items within 28 days of receiving them. Once we receive the returned items in a condition suitable for resale, we will issue you with a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
