We took blood orange and pink grapefruit and carefully balanced 15 botanicals including juniper, cardamom, cinnamon and allspice berries to create a true London Dry Gin distilled in very small batches.

The name is inspired by Dachshunds Max and Paddy; their copper colouring influencing both the branding and the red citrus fruits in the recipe.
